About Us

Cira Jones started By The Numbers Finance, LLC in 2012 and she has over 20 years of accounting experience.

She is the former Chief Financial Officer of CrossRoads of Southern Nevada and Director of Finance at Aid for AIDS of Nevada. Her experience ranges from large corporations, non-profits, to medical practices. Cira has served as an expert panel speaker on topics such as accounting integrations, project management and business intelligence. She has also taught accounting as an adjunct professor at the college level where she was excited to teach the next generation.

While working full time through college, she obtained her Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Master’s Degree in Business Administration, graduating with Honors.

Cira gives back to the community and donates her time to several nonprofit organizations such as RISE Education Resource Center, American Heritage Girls, Casa De Luz, and Freedom Project Academy.

Our team is made up of dedicated women who love the flexible work hours and what we do. We all agree that it’s not really work when we love what we do, and yes, Cira gets excited to find the $.01 in an out of balance bank reconciliation (she really does!).
